
Gan Yuhuan, Chinese nationality, graduated from Central South University of Technology with a bachelor’s degree. She was admitted to the Master of Laws program at Renmin University of China in 2002. Currently, she serves as Lecturer and Head of the Law Department of the Law School of Guangdong University of Technology. Her research interests include international economic law, and she teaches courses such as International Economic Law and Legal Logic. She has won the Excellence Award in the First Guangdong Provincial Young Teachers’ Basic Teaching Skills Competition and the title of Top Ten Excellent Teachers in Teaching of the University. She also led the team to win the Third Prize in the 4th Guangdong Provincial University Teachers’ Teaching Innovation Competition and the Excellence Award in the 5th Competition. She serves as a member of the Undergraduate Teaching Supervision Group and a member of the Undergraduate Teaching Unit Evaluation Group of the Law School, and participated in the acceptance work of the construction of the national first-class undergraduate major in law. She took the lead in promoting joint education programs with law schools of foreign universities such as the University of Technology Sydney in Australia, presided over the teaching reform project of the International Economic Law course themed “Knowledge Activation and Integration of Law and Economics“, and innovated the situational task-driven teaching model. As a teacher trainer of the University Teacher Development Center, she gives lectures on teaching workshops such as Narrative Logic SCQA and BOPPPS Teaching Model. She was awarded the title of “Party Member Model Post“ Teacher.
