Completed undergraduate, master’s and doctoral studies in sociology in Nanjing and Shanghai successively. PhD in Sociology, Shanghai University, with a research focus on organizational sociology.

Presided over one project funded by the National Social Science Fund of China and one project funded by the Humanities and Social Sciences Fund of the Ministry of Education; participated in multiple national social science projects and other provincial‑ and ministerial‑level research programs.Author of one monograph. Published several papers in high‑level CSSCI journals including Exploration and Free Views and Journal of South China Normal University (Social Science Edition), with some papers reprinted in full by the Information Center for Social Sciences, Renmin University of China.
