Brief Biography
Education Background:
Completed undergraduate, master’s and doctoral studies in sociology in Nanjing and Shanghai successively. PhD in Sociology, Shanghai University, with a research focus on organizational sociology.
Academic Affiliations:
Director, Guangdong Association of Social Work;Chief Project Reviewer, Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs.
Major Honors:
Outstanding Communist Party Member, Outstanding Teacher, and Teaching Excellence Award winner, Guangdong University of Technology.
Research Achievements:
Presided over one project funded by the National Social Science Fund of China and one project funded by the Humanities and Social Sciences Fund of the Ministry of Education; participated in multiple national social science projects and other provincial‑ and ministerial‑level research programs.Author of one monograph. Published several papers in high‑level CSSCI journals including Exploration and Free Views and Journal of South China Normal University (Social Science Edition), with some papers reprinted in full by the Information Center for Social Sciences, Renmin University of China.
Teaching Activities:
Undergraduate courses: Social Research Methods, Sociological Theories, Social Organization Management;Graduate courses: Social Work Theories.Has supervised postgraduate students to win awards in the National MSW Case Competition and guided undergraduate students to receive the University Graduation Project (Thesis) Innovation Award on multiple occasions.
