Brief Biography

Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Guangdong University of Technology (GDUT), Doctor of Law from Jinan University. He has been working at GDUT (including Guangdong Institute of Technology) since July 1991, and has successively served as a political counselor, Deputy Secretary of the University Communist Youth League Committee, Secretary of the University Communist Youth League Committee, Director of the Cultural Quality Education Center, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Foreign Languages, Director of the President's Office, and Secretary of the Second General Party Branch of the Organs. He obtained his master's degree from Sun Yat-sen University in December 2000, and pursued advanced studies at the University of Missouri, USA from January to April 2002. He received his doctoral degree from Jinan University in January 2009. He was promoted to Associate Research Fellow in December 2006, to Deputy Director level in December 1999, and to Director level in January 2003. He has assumed his current position since July 2013. He has presided over multiple provincial-level research projects, and edited or co-authored 4 books. He has won 1 first prize of the University-level Teaching Achievement Award and 1 first prize of the Provincial-level Teaching Achievement Award.
