Brief Biography
Chen Langcheng, Associate Research Fellow, currently Deputy Director of the Network Information and Modern Educational Technology Center and Director of the Classroom Management Center at GDUT. His research focuses on digital governance and digital government construction, modernization of urban governance, smart community construction, and educational informatization. In recent years, he has presided over 5 provincial and ministerial-level or above research projects and published more than 20 Chinese core papers.
