Sep 25, 2025

On September 25, 2025, the 2025 Sino-Australian Law Program New Student Orientation and Mid-Autumn Festival Garden Party was successfully held. This event aimed to create a platform for new students to interact and unwind while also strengthening connections between faculty and students and boosting class unity.

In attendance were Zhu Yuanyuan, Vice Dean of the School; Wang Hua, Director of the International Exchange Department; Yang Yongliang, Deputy Director of the International Exchange Department; faculty representatives Feng Zehua and Jiang Qiuwei; counselor Jiang Xueqin; student representatives from the first cohort of the Sino-Australian Law Program; and all students of the 2025 program.

Two student representatives from the Sino-Australian Law Program shared their experiences and gave practical tips to the new students. The event also included fun activities that made the atmosphere lively. During the interactive session, new students actively interacted with faculty and upperclassmen about various aspects of university life. These interactions helped everyone understand each other better and supported the new students in settling into university life.

This New Student Orientation and Mid-Autumn Festival Garden Party not only served as a communication link between faculty and students but also boosted class unity during the two festivals. It laid a solid foundation for the ongoing development of the Sino-Australian Law Program’s international joint training initiative.
