To implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, follow the spirit of the Notice of the State Council on Issuing the 14th Five-Year Plan for Employment Promotion, thoroughly implement the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, strengthen the career education and employment guidance of the school, and promote high-quality and full employment, our school recently held the second school-level competition of the National College Students Career Planning Competition.
Yang Yongliang, a teacher from the Law Department, and Lu Yang and Li Xin, counselors of the Law School, attended and served as judges, with a total of 20 teachers and students participating in the activity.
The contestants conducted a comprehensive analysis of their own strengths and weaknesses, combined with industry development trends and market demands, demonstrated their career planning plans in their presentations, and elaborated on their career goals, path planning and implementation strategies.
The judges carefully reviewed the career development reports and resumes submitted by the contestants, listened attentively to their presentations, and analyzed their specific situations in a targeted manner.
In the defense session, the judges raised questions based on the contestants' presentations to assess their in-depth understanding of career planning and response capabilities, and put forward professional guidance suggestions combined with the contestants' personal strengths and interests, helping them strengthen their understanding of career planning and further refine their employment aspirations.
After the final scoring session, 6 contestants were finally recommended to participate in the university-level competition. They will continue to strive for excellent results.
Thus, the second school-level competition of the National College Students Career Planning Competition came to a successful conclusion.
Through this competition, students have established a correct employment concept, raised their awareness of career planning, formulated more realistic career plans, and continuously improved their comprehensive quality, professional capabilities and practical job-hunting skills in a targeted manner.
