Co-founded in June 2004 by our college and the Chinese Legal Risk Management Association of Taiwan, the Guangdong-Taiwan Legal Risk Management Research Center aims to fully leverage academic and practical resources in the legal field across the Taiwan Strait. It is dedicated to theoretical research and practical exploration of legal risk issues in enterprise operation and management, improving national legal norms for enterprise management, assisting enterprises in operating and managing in accordance with the law, and avoiding various types of legal risks. The work of this center has received strong support from Mr. Shi Maolin, Chairman of the Chinese Legal Risk Management Association of Taiwan, and professors from relevant disciplines at Asia University Taiwan. Together, we successfully organized the 2014 Cross-Strait Symposium on Enterprise Operation and Legal Risk.
