Brief Biography
Qian Yunsheng, obtained his Doctor of Laws degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law from Zhejiang University and his Doctor of Laws degree in Jurisprudence from Shandong University, and served as a Visiting Scholar at Kyoto University in Japan. Currently, he also holds positions including Director of the China Legislative Studies Association, Director of the China Constitutional Law Research Association, and Vice President of the Academic Committee of Jiangxi Law Society. He has published more than 30 academic papers in journals including Chinese Journal of Law, presided over 2 projects funded by the National Social Science Fund and 2 projects funded by the Humanities and Social Sciences Fund of the Ministry of Education respectively, and published 4 monographs including The Effect of Constitutional Judgment, A Study on the Normative Review System of Local People’s Congress Standing Committees, Approaches and Methods for Resolving Legal Conflicts and Methodology for Resolving Legal Conflicts. His academic achievements have won provincial and ministerial-level awards three times.
