Brief Biography
Fang Yaming, obtained his Bachelor of Laws, Master of Laws and Doctor of Laws from Renmin University of China; he is also a Postdoctoral Fellow at Central Compilation and Translation Bureau.
Currently, he serves as Dean of the Library, Professor and Master’s Supervisor at Guangdong University of Technology. He also holds the position of Vice President of the Constitutional Law Research Association of Guangdong Law Society. Moreover, he is an expert of the 7th Five-Year Plan Law Popularization Lecture Group of Guangdong Province and an expert of the 8th Five-Year Plan Law Popularization Lecture Group of Guangzhou Municipality.
Selected into the 7th batch of the university-level "Thousand-Hundred-Ten Project" talent training program of Guangdong Province in 2012, he has long been committed to research in the fields of social governance innovation, civil rights, and democratic rule of law.
He has published more than 40 papers in core academic journals, including Social Sciences, Journal of the National Academy of Governance, Journal of Humanities, and Journal of Yunnan Administration College. Among these publications, 1 paper was excerpted by Xinhua Abstracts and 4 papers were fully reproduced by the Renmin University of China Copy and Data Center.
He has presided over 5 research projects, such as the Social Science Foundation of the Central Compilation and Translation Bureau and the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation. Additionally, he has participated in a number of projects funded by the National Social Science Foundation of China, the Guangdong Provincial Social Science Foundation, and the Ministry of Education of China.
