Brief Biography

Chen Yongmei, Doctor of Laws, Professor, Master’s Supervisor, Postdoctoral Cooperative Supervisor and Part-time Lawyer. Currently, she serves as Head of the Law Major and Chairman of the Undergraduate Teaching Guidance Sub-committee of the Law School of Guangdong University of Technology. She is an Outstanding Teacher of Southern Guangdong, Vice President of the Inner-Party Regulations Research Association of Guangdong Law Society, Expert of the Expert Database of the 14th Five-Year Plan for Philosophy and Social Sciences in Guangdong Province, Expert of the Eighth Five-Year Law Popularization Lecture Group of Guangdong Province, People’s Supervisor of the People’s Procuratorate of Guangdong Province, and Demonstration Expert for Major Administrative Decisions of the People’s Government of Guangzhou City, etc. She is engaged in research in the fields of administrative law, administrative decision-making and social governance. She has published more than 10 works and textbooks with Shanghai Joint Publishing House and other publishing houses, and more than 30 academic papers in journals including Political Science and Law, Law Science Magazine, Administrative Law Review and Academic Research. She has presided over more than 10 research projects including the later-stage funded projects of the National Social Science Fund, and won more than 10 awards for teaching and scientific research.
