Brief Biography

Tan Min, male, Han nationality, Doctor of Laws, Professor, Master’s Supervisor and Postdoctoral Cooperative Supervisor. Currently, he is a Distinguished Professor of the “Hundred Talents Program“ at Guangdong University of Technology. He is mainly engaged in research related to international science and technology law, international energy law, Southeast Asian law, and the rule of law against sanctions, long-arm jurisdiction and interference. He has rich research experience and outstanding research achievements in fields such as responding to foreign long-arm jurisdiction in the energy and science and technology sectors, and China-ASEAN energy security cooperation. He has presided over 2 National Social Science Fund Projects, 1 sub-project of the Major National Social Science Fund Project, 4 provincial and ministerial-level scientific research projects, and 2 provincial-level research projects of democratic parties. He has published more than 20 academic papers in journals including Southeast Asian Affairs and Finance and Trade Research. He has published 3 works with Wuhan University Press, Yunnan People’s Publishing House and other publishing houses. His books have won honors or awards such as the National Key Book Publishing Plan, the Top Ten Books of Hubei Province, the Yunnan Provincial Philosophy and Social Sciences Achievements Library, and Advanced Individual in Participation in Politics and Deliberation of the Yunnan Provincial Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang.
