On May 24, Dean Robert K. Vischre and Professor Zhou Dongfa from the School of Law, University of Minnesota St. Thomas, were invited to visit our university to exchange and discuss issues related to cooperative schooling. Director Huang Kaisheng of the International Cooperation and Exchange Office, Dean Shao Junwu and Secretary Bao Jun of the School of Political Science and Law attended the meeting.

The two sides had an extensive and in-depth discussion on the issues related to our law students going to the law school of University of Minnesota St. Thomas for a master's degree. The two sides agreed to jointly develop a 3+1 mode of cooperation, i.e., our school will recommend outstanding third-year law students to enter the law school of the University of St. Tomas for Master of Law after passing the interview. At the same time, the University of St. Thomas also accepts our law faculty to visit the university for free. This project will certainly create a good platform and conditions for the academic development of our law students, promote the internationalization of law school, and enhance the scientific research and academic ability of teachers.
