On the morning of December 1, the 9th member congress of Guangdong Province Law Society was held in Guangzhou Zhudao Hotel. The conference elected a new council of the Guangdong Province Law Society. Zhang Hu, member of the Standing Committee of Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Guangdong Political and Judiciary Commission, was elected as the President of the new council. Professor Du Chengming, Vice President of Guangdong University of Technology, was re-elected as Vice President of Guangdong Province Law Society. Professor Shao Junwu, Dean of School of Politics and Law of GDUT, was re-elected as Executive Director of the Council. Professor Guo Lihong, President of the Marriage Law Research Association of Guangdong Province Law Society and Professor of School of Politics and Law, was elected as Executive Director of the Council.
