On June 16, Chen Liangyou, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the university, went deep into our school to investigate and guide the work. Shao Junwu, Dean of our School, reported on behalf of the team on the recent work focus and the work plan for the next stage. Deputy Secretary Chen Liangyou gave detailed guidance to the bottleneck problems faced by the discipline and talent team construction in our school. He encouraged the school team to say: "Big work, small difficulties, small work, big difficulties, no work, much more difficulties". We should seize the opportunity, take advantage of the situation and work together to build our school into a boutique school with distinctive features, outstanding functions and full of vitality. During the investigation, Deputy Secretary Chen Liangyou also visited the newly built professional library of our school.  Deputy Secretary Chen Liangyou fully affirmed the effectiveness of the construction of the professional library, encouraged our school to continue to promote the construction of academic spaces such as libraries and laboratories, and continuously strengthen the supporting conditions for discipline development.

With the strong support of the university leaders, libraries, bidding center and other departments, our professional library took one year to complete. It now has a collection of more than 10,000 books and periodicals in Chinese and English, such as law and sociology, with 20 reading seats. All books are catalogued and put into the university library. On the basis of serving our school’s readers well, the library is open to all university readers to access to information.
